Isn't that totally fun???
To make the rainbow, I used:
Red: Stewed Tomatoes
Orange: Carrots
Yellow: Corn
Green: String Beans
Blue: Mashed Potatoes w/blue food coloring (OK, maybe this is cheating, but they were a HUGE hit!)
Purple: Red Cabbage
White Cloud: Bowl of Country Gravy
Pot 'O Gold: Roasted Chicken
Of course, we also had Sweet & Savory Soda Bread on the side!
