He soaked it in brine overnight, and that made for a very moist turducken. We had some very skeptical guests for Thanksgiving, but the turducken impressed everyone from the gourmet style diners, to the kids, and even the <a href="http://goldenshine.com" rel="Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10658512103970386321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6446510302276602364.post-88300637873251033782012-12-05T09:50:43.836-05:002012-12-05T09:50:43.836-05:00I made a pre-Thanksgiving turducken this year - it...I made a pre-Thanksgiving turducken this year - it was a LOT of work and was tasty but rich. Made the best leftover noodle casserole I've ever eaten! http://bit.ly/X3gk33

I also brined a regular old turkey on Thanksgiving - in comparison, this seemed like the simplest task ever!Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09297957091121185392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6446510302276602364.post-49903100037627719452012-12-05T08:17:37.015-05:002012-12-05T08:17:37.015-05:00Maybe over time you'd get used to the gross de...Maybe over time you'd get used to the gross deboning and sewing? Or perhaps you can get your husband (or another strong stomached family member) to do it? I used to get grossed out at the mere thought of touching raw chicken, but now I have gotten used to it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07555061904183142445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6446510302276602364.post-6918867612544729772012-12-05T07:41:04.739-05:002012-12-05T07:41:04.739-05:00Our family is so satisfied with regular turkey.
